I wanted something to make my laundry room sink look nicer to people going down the hallway. Closing the laundry door wasn't an option as the only natural light for the hallway comes from the laundry room. The sink drape is just perfect item for making that ugly sink look much nicer. It does't have velcro, but double sided tape. I will probably be replacing the tape with velcro the first time I wash it to make it easier to put back on the sink. The material and workmanship are very nice and it should be easy to wash. There was a nice choice of material colors to pick from and I LOVE the burgundy drape.
