Looks great in the space. Assembly is a bear since it weighs so much, very hard with only 2 people, so I would recommend having some friends come over to help or paying for assembly. We wound up damaging it a little in the assembly process (with only 2 of us) since it was so awkward and heavy, but you can't tell in the end, still turned out great. Good dual function table..
