The outer shell is a lightweight synthetic material and the inside has a sturdy plastic frame to protect against crushing. Dense foam securely holds darts in place. The case holds six darts with flights on. There are also two tubes to hold extra tips and shafts. The tubes fit snugly in their compartments and for extra security they’re held in place by Velcro.
