I ordered the Acrylic 38" table top from Latitude run to try a lighter weight option than glass. I am super pleased! The weight is good, so I can still move the coffee table for vacuuming and adjusting for guests. There is some give to the acrylic, so I won't be putting anything heavy on top as the base it is on is concave. It is thick like a glass top and so clear it looks like glass. The top came sealed in a sheet of heavy duty plastic (both sides) to protect the top for shipping - no scratches. You do need to gingerly use a finger nail to start to pry the plastic away, but it pulls away fine after that. The shipping took six days from order date to arrival. I should have read the item description better. They are very small but they do the job I guess. It keeps the pan from touching countertop but by raising it a bit in the middle, it doesn’t cover the bottom of the pan. I feel it might work well and it does take up less space.
