Cleaning Method:
The cover of the machine can be opened directly and sprayed with clean water. But don't wash the whole machine in water to avoid damaging the motor.
Maintenance:
Dry the water after cleaning, then add oil to sweep the blade with a brush. Turn the machine on for a few turns to prevent rust. If the machine is not used for a long time because of the oxidation of ambient air, rust may appear when it is used again. This is a normal phenomenon. Don't worry, just pour in the cooking oil and put a few pieces of vegetable into a few circles.
Note:
The following foods need to be sliced manually before they are cut into machines: hard melon, fruit, hard meat, and frozen meat, otherwise they can easily damage blades and clog the machine. If you cut cooked meat, it is recommended to choose a blade size of more than 3mm. Bones and shellfish are forbidden to be put into machines to prevent damage to blades.
