Kristiina Lassus was born in Helsinki in 1966, she studied at the University of Industrial Arts, at the Polytechnic, and at the Konstfack Academy of Industrial Arts in Stockholm. She worked as an interior architect, designer, and design manager in Helsinki, Brisbane, and Milan. She has lived in Italy since 1997 and now works as a designer and advisor.

This fork is suppose to be used for spaghetti but I end up reaching for it for other dishes also. I wish it had an extra inch added to the handle so it would be more balanced. It is very top heavy and doesnt balance well on the side of the bowl, so it falls in. We have had it for a few months and no chipping of the plating, it still looks in good condition.. Pablo. The Classic Meat Fork has a long and very thin blade specially designed to prepare sashimi, sushi, sliced raw fish, and seafood. The blade is purposely angled from one side and flat on the other. This allows sharper and more precision cutting and slicing from one side of the blade. Ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56 - C58 degrees which hold the razor-sharp edge of the blade longer than any other steel.

A variation of one of the most popular design, this faceted version provides an improved grip and textural detail.
