The packaging was torn so there was a stain on it, but honestly I love it so much I'm not even concerned about it. I dint have my puppy yet, but she's coming and this is going to be perfect. You can strap it in the car or take it in the store. The color isn't as pictured, but that was great, I wasn't sold on the color but the usefulness of the carrier. So bonus the color is better.
