Product arrived with several chips and damages to different pieces. No instructions were included with the piece and customer support via telephone was incredibly unhelpful with processing getting a new guide. The “assembly guide” online is just a certificate stating what the product is made from, not a real guide. Wayfair should demand better of itself than to ship broken pieces with incomplete inventory.
