It took a lot of tightening to get the arm to not slowly go down from the weight of the monitors, but it finally got there and I'm really happy with this product! Works for my gaming computer. For a lower cost item with a three leg supported top shelf, the quality is about what you'd expect; not terrible, but not robust. Fairly easy to put together, however you may need to get a start on the screws into the designated spots before trying to secure the hardware; there's limited space for the screwdriver and the holes aren't pre-drilled, so you'll want to get the screw to bite into the board for easy assembly. I bought two because I read the double monitor ones don’t always allow you to get both monitors side by side without a gap. I mounted them on 16” center studs, skipping between them and I have 17” curved Samsung monitors. I think this is an awesome product that is reasonably price. Shipping was quick as well. My only minor gripe is that it doesn’t come with a pole for pole mounting, nor did I see where I could buy one and how much. I planned on wall mounting anyway so nbd, but if you’re going to advertise it as both ways…at the very least there should be a link on the page of this product pointing you to where you can order the poles.. I bought this as an Xmas gift. The CPU is a little large so it has a tilt, which is concerning. However, its been up since December and hasnt moved, so its been good so far, I suppose! If you have a standing desk, remember to keep the underneath framework in mind when mounting.
