I’ve been eyeing this piece for a while. In general I still love it but I expected it to be heavier for solid wood. There were also a few minor defects that I’m not thrilled about especially with the cost of the item but, it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning it for a replacement not knowing if I was going to encounter the same defects or worse. Have looked at this table for months and had some concerns about stability after reading reviews. Finally decided to buy it and do not regret it. There is an odor that a dissipates. It emanates from the box more but does linger on the wood. The stability issue resolved one the legs were tightened appropriately. The table is beautiful and fits the space perfectly. The exact look we were going for. Love it is from reclaimed wood. We will be applying a satin sealer since the wood is not sealed. When wiping the wood down, the colors really popped!
