We purchased this in two sizes. They have performed different, so I am going to review each independent from each other. This purchase was for a king bed. It went together relatively easily, and I did it by myself. It probabaly took less than two hours. The metal is sturdy, the pieces went together well (some of the screws are tight and I needed a few breaks between - but that’s a good thing!). It has been used for over two years now and has held up great! No scratches, little to no squeaking, no slats falling outloosening, etc. I am happy with the quality and price point. Really nice looking and well-made wrought iron bed. I found this as less expensive option to several of the spindle beds out there. I purchased it to match a dresser and bedside tables from another retailer. Although I am still waiting for the nightstands and dresser, I can tell them that will look gorgeous when they arrive and match the wrought iron hardware quite well. Came in one box, package was intact and the items were well secured inside the box.
