My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. Difficult to put together because of so many screws but also very sturdy because of so many screws. Directions show putting the seat on with the curve in the front but the design of the chair really dictates it go in the back. Otherwise hardwood and solid chairs.
