Love these shelves. Great quality as everyone says. The problem I had was the assembly. I purchased the full assembly (taking out of boxes and fully assembly and removing boxes). Wayfair partners with Angi List and unfortunately the service was problematic. First they note this is a two person job and only one person came. They couldn’t help with anything because they didn’t bring a ladder or right tools. I ended up taking the shelves out of the boxes which took about 45 mins per box because you literally have to cut the shelves out if you keep them standing up. I also hauled away all the packaging. Then I rescheduled another contractor to anchor to wall and install the ladder. Again, only one person came without a ladder. He managed to use a stool I had to anchor things and helped drill an extra hole in shelf for ladder since I needed to rearrange shelves differently and the ladder rail wouldn’t fit. Overall it all came together nicely but did not appreciate leaving the assembly to a second party that was not reliable and there was no customer service to speak to, everything was AI and very frustrating. to. Beautiful bookshelves! I got 2 and put them flush together (the top part is detachable). Each bookcase came in 3 packages and about 88 lbs each. I added assembly and the service was great, as the guy carried the packages upstairs and did it faster than I could do it myself without going crazy. The only note is that the drawers take some time to align, as it had to snap into a hook on the back and onto the rail. The LED lights can sync to 1 remote. The bookshelf is wonderful. Very sturdy and it looks high quality. As you can see I am using for our tv and it’s deep enough where the hdmi cords have room to be plugged in horizontally into the back of the tv. One heads up though, the package is HEAVYYY so be ready to have someone help you carry it in. Other than that, once it was built (which the assembly was so easy) it wasn’t to hard to move around to where I wanted it. We purchased the white shelving with gold supports. The quality is very good, and the set up was pretty easy - it probably took my husband and I about an hour and a half to put together, there are just a lot of parts! I was surprised that handles are silver, and not gold - looking back at the listing, this is how they were shown, I just didn't notice. It's a shame, because every other visible finish, even on the fasteners, matches the gold supports. Our daughter hasn't commented on it, so hopefully it's not a big deal - if it is, we'll have to try to find replacement handles.
