Bon Chef's flatware is designed for commercial use, heavy 18/8 stainless steel. Handling instructions: Do not soak in water with other metal objects. Carefully clean after use. Wash in hot water with non-abrasive non-corrosive cleaning agent. Rinse in water of at least 180 degrees. A wetting agent or water softener may be required if using water with high mineral content. Avoid prolonged contact with acid substances (ex. lemon/vinegar) Avoid using cleaning solutions containing ammonia or lemon. Avoid using any form of chlorine bleach which will discolor stainless steel. Dry immediately.

Ça fait 2 fois que je reçois cet article: WINCO Elite Bouillon Spoon, 18/0 Heavyweight. La première fois, je reçois des cuillères de 6" que je retourne car la longueur n'était pas comme annoncée. La deuxième livraison, je reçois encore des cuillères de 6" au lieu de 7.25" comme c'est annoncé. Le problème c'est que Wayfair me donne le choix entre recevoir 20% ou payer pour le retour de l'article. Je suis fâchée. C'est une fausse représentation. L'annonce n'est pas honnête et je dois payer pour retourner l'article. La prochaine fois, s'il y en a une, je choisirai le remboursement complet dès le début du litige.
