I removed a star because this set was hard to put together with just one person even though I managed to do it over the course of a few days. TIP Make sure you connect the bars to frames 6 and 7 in the correct orientation or it won’t connect to the 8 frame correctly so don’t tighten the screws fully until you make sure thats correct, you can turn the bars to correct it if the screws are not tightened prematurely. The table is very sturdy and looks good. There is a seam in the center but I bought a short runner to cover it. Really happy with the product, seats seem sturdy also. The table and chairs are pretty good. I like them in the space. However Wayfair forgot half of the chairs and then sent me boxes of chairs to assemble even though I paid for white glove delivery in the original order. Customer service said we didn’t order full service for replacement parts (we ordered it on the original order) and refused any solution. I’m super happy with my purchase. This table and chair set is exactly what I needed. I am very happy with the construction and hardwood quality of the complete set. I absolutely have no complaints. I would suggest an elderly person with weak hand strength get help tightening the metal hardware. I love the size and look of this dining set. I needed something for our breakfast nook. It was easy to put together. The hardware was open and loose in the box but nothing was missing. We've only had it a couple of weeks and there is already scratches and a chip on the table top. One of the chair legs has a crack in it as well.
