Full service delivery was very good. They brought it upstairs and set the furniture up. The color and texture were as advertised. This is a beautiful little lamp, and I love it. Just a couple FYI’s 1. The crystals are not secured in the lattice and shake when the lamp is tapped, making kind of a hissing noise.
