The vegetable cleaver, sometimes known as the Chinese chef’s knife, is a powerful chopping, slicing, and dicing implement, making it a great all-rounder in the kitchen. In addition to slicing vegetables, its powerful heft can be used to cut through large meat bones. Twin Signature knives are precision stamped from a single piece of proprietary special formula German steel, resulting in lighter weight knives that do not compromise sharpness. Combined with the Zwilling signature ice-hardening technique, these blades are harder, sharper, they will not stain or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer. To ensure an ideal cutting angle, the sharp laser-controlled edge is honed and hand-finished by the most skilled artisans. The three-rivet handle embedded with the Zwilling logo provides optimum durability.

Excellent knife! It feels very well balanced and comfortable in the hand. The blade is extremely sharp and makes chopping and slicing vegetables, meat, and other ingredients quick and easy. The stainless steel feels solid and high quality, and the craftsmanship is excellent. It has quickly become one of my favorite knives in the kitchen. Great quality from ZWILLING and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!. Anonymous. Mon Aug 24 2026

Beautiful pattern: the special waved pattern blade is particularly striking (CR17 stainless steel kitchen knives, not real Damascus). Your investment is fully guaranteed. We offer a lifetime warranty and return policy. Ultra-sharp edge: it features an HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 57-58, which makes it among the toughest knives in its class. The thickness of this kitchen knife is 2.5mm. Ergonomically shaped handle: The blade of this chef knife is seamlessly integrated with the soft and comfortable Pakkawood handle, creating a perfect grip. My wife liked a smaller santoku from our crummy knife block because it fit well in her hand and was more comfortable to use than my chefs knives but it was duller than Trump supporters. I decided to purchase this when it was on sale for a gift since Shun has a good reputation with their knives. It came plenty sharp and looks really nice on our magnetic knife strip with some other Japanese steel from my collection. My only gripe is that it doesn't hold its edge as long as I'd hoped it would. Fortunately, it was quick to sharpen on the wet stone and wasn't too difficult to get it back to gliding through produce.. Mark T.. Sun Dec 24 2023

This is a beautifully crafted knife. The blade is beautiful and made with the devotion that Japanese craftsmen are famous for. The wooden handle is a lovely dark brown and fits nicely in my hand.
