I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price makes it even better.. Karen. New York, NY. Wed Aug 05 2026

With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.
