This rustics 1 drawer and 1 door nightstand will bring a nice accent to your bedroom. New solid wood product in a burgundy stain and lacquer finish.

The nightstand looks pretty good. It did have a small dent on one edge. It was small enough that I decided not to make an issue of it, but it was clearly caused before packaging and shipping. It had some leftover sawdust and dirt from the factory or warehouse, but that was easily cleaned up. There is a brand marking/logo etched into the side of the drawer that is not shown in the photographs. It is not visible when the drawer is closed and I decided not to make an issue of this either though I will try and remove it or cover it. The drawer can easily slide all the way out of the night stand. I will be added a drawer stop to try and prevent this from happening accidentally. The chair fits my kitchen counter. I like the back on it and that it swivels. It was easy to put together right out of the box. Reason for 4 stars-the seat has the seam at the front, I would think it should be at the back. In order to do so you would have to remove the seat back and drill a new hole. These stools are very solid and do exactly what they’re supposed to do. The construction feels sturdy and well-balanced, and the adjustable height mechanism works smoothly. Once assembled, they have a nice weight to them and don’t feel flimsy at all. The industrial pipe design is great in theory, but the finish is not accurately represented in the photos. In person, the metal has a splattered white paint effect that looks more accidental than intentional—almost like they were sitting near someone rinsing paint brushes. It gives a messier appearance than expected and takes away from the otherwise clean industrial look. The color also leans more toward a colonial aqua blue tone, which was unexpected. Unfortunately, it clashes quite a bit with darker cabinetry—especially navy blue—so it didn’t work in our space at all. That said, the underlying build quality is good enough that they’re worth keeping. With a refinished or powder-coated surface, these could easily become a really sharp, high-end looking piece. This is a solid well made metal stool. I have ordered the 24” height in the past. A 24” yellow one in each bathroom. They are a perfect height to sit on to apply makeup etc. Have a red one in the kitchen which provides a measure of comfort for chopping vegetables or putting dishes in the dishwasher. Anything that provides comfort for the back is worth having these stools. Also a red one in the motor home for the same reason.
