Had all kinds of issues with this couch. It was delivered late in separate deliveries. Once it finally all arrived the instruction manual was for a completely different couch build than the one I ordered. After configuring the modules the way they were shown in the picture I was advertised, I was delighted to discover one of the E modules on the ends does not have compatible connecting pieces to the center A module! I tried everything I could, replacing the hardware and switching the. pieces, but nothing worked. The sofa itself is good - a little firm, but new pillows have helped a lot. The process of getting the sofa delivered was not good.
