The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. Absolutely love it! I was hesitant because of some reviews remarking about the back pillows being too thin or flimsy and how one customer added an extra pillow for extra filling. I purchased it and did exactly what the reviewer suggested and BOOM!! Couldn’t have come out any better, so adding an extra king pillow to each of the 3 back pillows is the magic and I also inserted smaller ones to the 2 armrest pillows. Came out beautifully and looks so nice in our flex room. The seat cushions are nice, firm but soft, the premium Chenille is gorgeous.
