Crafted from 100% natural birch wood, this piece features a pure birch-like texture. The main rod is lathe-drilled and hand-sanded, finished with a water-based paint for a bright and durable look.

It’s fine. I think the shape is elegant. The color is a little more red than what was in the picture, but I’m not super worried about it since I’m putting it somewhere that isn’t in direct sun so it doesn’t show as much. I may paint it in the future if I decide the color is just too red. As far as the quality, it is pretty stable. I tried pulling on it in different directions from different heights and it took more effort than I expected to tip it. The box it ships in states it is “solid wood coat rack” but that is untrue. The center post is wood, likely composite. The legs and hooks are a poured plastic and have an obvious plastic ridge on them. Jackets will cover that though so it’s fine.. Heather. Chesterfield, MO.
