This is a beautiful canopy bed! The color of the wood (all solid) and construction is exactly what I hoped for based on the listing. There are no exposed screws/hardware (which is hard to come by in canopy beds) and the joints in the top are beautifully executed. Do yourself a favor: make sure you have 2 people for assembly. It will take some time and work but it isn't super challenging. The allen wrench (provided) has an end that will make the hard-to-reach spaces easier, but make sure you have a second one to make the process go by faster. Bed took about 2.5hrs with 2 people to put together. The bed looks great, but the wooden blocks used to stop the drawers from rolling completely under the bed are way too short.
