The entire set was delivered unscathed and on a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with my new dinnerware however, peeling each and individual sticker of the plate was very troublesome. I wished that there was a better system or better quality labeling that doesn't leave behind residue after being peeled. I really like the quality of Trefolo Gold by Noritake — I’m a fan of this pattern. However, in this case I was a bit disappointed to receive bowls that are slightly different in height and shade one is shorter and whiter, the other is taller and has more of an ivory tone.
