Nice sofa. It was tight fit to put together so follow the instructions if tge fasteners shoujd be left loosened before next piece install. I woukd personally swap i believe was tge long brace for installing next piece and return to it after next piece cones in play. Sofa is little stiff as others mentioned, but still quite comfortable. Easy to get out of due to that stiffness. The angle of the back piece coukd be less not to lean so far from the sitting position. Happy with tge price point (sale). Nice color.. Radek. The sofa is perfect for comfort, size and beauty. My only suggestion is that somewhere in your description of the product it explains that assembly requires 2 people. I didn’t see that until after delivery when I opened the assembly manual. In spite of that, at 79 years of age, I was able to assemble it myself after considerable time and frustration. Another small detail is that I was unable to zip the back cushions to the sofa. Very little room for maneuvering my fat fingers. Today is another day to try that again.. John. Wilmington, NC. The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries. AI would take care of it. Very disappointing!. Nancy. Vacaville, CA. Sat Sep 05 2026

Just arrived an hour ago. Assembling the legs was very simple and easy. We ordered the cream sofa and it is stunning. It is very comfortable and soft. It is replacing a leather sofa that I got 30 years of use out of. I hope this sofa can last at least half as long as my first one. I am not sure how well it will wear yet as it just arrived. The only complaint I had was with the delivery. They had the sofa loaded on one of those hand trucks and was coming down the driveway, but instead of using my concrete walkway to the front door, they cut through my front yard and got stuck it the grass. They then picked up the box, which had a wad of dirt and grass stuck in the corner and brought it into my living room with their dirty shoes without any booties, along with the wad of dirt and grass.. Nikki. Raleigh, NC. Sat Oct 24 2026

Are you struggling to choose between a soft, medium or firm sofa? Let's learn how firmness impacts comfort, posture, and durability and then choose the ideal sofa for your home, family, and lifestyle! While soft sofas can feel cozy and are perfect for sitting, lying or lounging, they might not provide the right support needed for maintaining a body posture, especially during long periods of sitting. This can lead to back pain or tired. Firmer sofas, on the other hand, offer more support and durability, which can be better for your health and hold up well in high-use areas like living rooms or offices. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your comfort preferences, who will be using the sofa, and where it will be placed in your home.

Love this loveseat! It arrived well packaged in a compressed box, and I unboxed it a few hours before assembling so the cushions could fully expand. The 68 size is perfect for a small apartment. Tip give the cushions time to puff up before judging the shape, and consider a fabric protector spray since its white. Highly recommend for small spaces!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 26 2026
