I opened up all the zippers and took all the stuffing packets out and hand separated all the foam allowed the foam chunks to expand then reassembled. I it to my dog and put in on the floor and she climbed on and fell sound asleep. She has a back leg that is always sore due to femoral osteotomy and she is in heaven . For reference I got the biggest one and she weighs 60 pounds boxer mix. Love it! It looks so much nicer than our old wire kennel. Our dog is 60 lb (shepherd but on the shorter side) and our other 25 lb and they can both cuddle in it. I would not recommend for any bigger of a dog unless you are not going to put the bottoms in the drawersare not going to put the drawers in.
