Overall helpful converting my duffel to a roller bag! It just requires that you are pretty conscientious about distributing the weight evenly from side to side, and keeping the bag in place by making sure the bungees are tight and have multiple points of contact across the bag. Great product, arrived early, no damage. Great space for all the things I need. Rolls very well. The only issue that I found is that it is extra wide (I should have looked at dims more carefully), which makes it a little difficult to manuever through tight spaces or on stairs.. Janie.
