Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. The couch is sturdy and well made. And looks great in my spare bedroom. I have called Wayfair customer service and am waiting to see how they will resolve this.. Theresa. Juno Beach, FL.
