Overall, the sofa is decent and looks nice once it's set up, but my experience was mixed. I was especially disappointed with the professional assembly service that I paid extra for. Before delivery, I contacted Wayfair support multiple times to verify how the installation process would work and to make sure everything was in order. Despite those conversations, the day of delivery and assembly was chaotic and did not go as I had been advised. It created unnecessary stress and confusion, which was frustrating considering I had tried to proactively avoid those issues. As for the sofa itself, it's comfortable enough and serves its purpose, but I did notice a few imperfections right out of the box. There were snags along the backside of the couch, which was disappointing for a brand-new piece of furniture. While they're not highly visible in everyday use, they do raise concerns about quality control. In the end, everything was eventually assembled, and the sofa is functional, but between the frustrating installation process and the minor defects, I expected a better experience for the price. The sofa arrived ahead of schedule in just 3 days! I immediately assembled it. Took me 1-1/2 hours start to finish. Some parts not labeled and one was mislabeled but it was easy to figure out which was which. We absolutley love this sofa for the money. It does not look cheap as another reviewer mentioned and the quality exceeded my expectations. When we folded out the bed, it measured 72" long by 46" wide which is all we need for the occasional guest. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. As for durability time will tell, however it seems like a good quality material. We bought a throw to lay down if we eat or the dog is on it just to help maintain the color.. Alex B. Chicago.
