It's perfect for the purpose we needed it: To hold a medium-sized TV but under a window. We didn't want to totally block the window so the height is just right. The wide length makes it easy to shift away from the window if necessary or to be seen from a specific chair in the room. It's very pretty, and solid. We put wicker baskets in the open slots below to hide stuff. The electric cords are easy with the open back. As would be components. I found it funny (not haha.
