I got this couch for my son's room. He liked it! He likes that it turns into a bed for when his cousin comes over for the weekend . It was not hard to put together. One thing I don't like about it is the foam density on the cushions after a few days of being used the foam lost a lot of of the strength. Oh yeah and my cat approved it!. Laura. Murphy, TX. Our sleeper sofa arrived yesterday and we are very happy with it! The delivery process was smooth - we got notified by email ahead of time that the piece was on its way and then the window of time when it would arrive. The delivery team was timely and very quick with their work. They brought it in and had everything set up within 20min! The sofa itself is easy to convert to a bed, and firm but comfortable. The quality and construction are what we expected for the price. We need it as an addition guest bed, but I think we might actually leave it partially converted all the time because it's nice for everyone to be able to stretch out their legs while watching a movie!. The sofa arrived in 2 boxes. It is shrink wrapped. So once assembled it takes 3 days to fully inflate properly. It is comfortable enough. The quality of this sofa/sleeper is exactly what I ordered! It sits firmer than I thought but not uncomfortable. The storage area underneath is large and a plus. The sleeper part is easy to lay out. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product. The service to assemble the sofa/unit on the other hand, was not good. The first crew did not assemble it correctly and didn’t quite seem to know how to put it together. I had to contact Wayfair as I knew it was not done right, couldn’t even sit on it! I requested them to send another crew to resembled it correctly. This took more time and effort than I desired, a couple of additional weeks. However, Wayfair made sure it was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. They listened to my concerns and made this right in the end. I will still order other items from Wayfair as they graciously corrected the issue and genuinely appreciated me as a customer.. Yvonne. Missouri City, TX. Sun Jun 29 2025

This couch is really firm. A little too firm for my liking, and it definitely needs more cushion for back support. It was easy to set up, and one person can easily do it on their own with some determination. The throw pillows it came with are flatter than a pancake so that’s a little annoying. For what it is I’ll be happy with it when I host my friends and they have a place to sleep.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 09 2026
