I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. The table is a 5 star! Super heavy nice quality! The chairs are nice but not quite as heavy. The table took about an hour for 1 person to assemble so might be easier faster with 2 people. The biggest delay was lining up the screws to attach the top. The table was packaged securely and arrived without flaws. I love the dark color which is brown with a black undertone.
