It’s definitely narrow so you need to be a small sized person. My only complaint is that I wish the arm rests were slightly bigger rather than thin but I guess that’s what makes the chair narrower. This chair is very sturdy and the cushioning is thick and comfortable. I like that the mechanical parts are covered so that little fingers cannot get pinched. It glides very smoothly and quietly.
