While the accent stool is well constructed, I took off one star as the color shown for the cream colored “Almond” is much darker! It is greytaupe colored (see photos). It looks nothing like the photo of it online. I actually contacted the manufacturer because I thought they sent me the wrong color. These are really beautiful stools, super comfortable with great back support. They are a tad taller than other counter stools I've had, I think due to the thick seat padding. The plum color is deep and rich, the photo with all 3 stools is an accurate color representation. The close up doesn't show the color correctly, but it's to show the texture of the fabric. It has different tones of purple, almost like a denim fabric, I think it will be very durable.
