The weight of the knives is just right. They cut wonderfully. I sliced through a slightly soft tomato like it was butter. I was able to cut through homemade sourdough bread easily without any frustration. Cleaning has been a breeze with no issues. I have always hand washed my knives and let them dry and these have done great with that system. One thing I really like is that the knives are labeled.
