My Pressure Cooker is a must have to quickly prepare delicious meals and especially melt in your mouth meats. I have used a pressure cooker since the 60’s. This cooker is all one piece so no jiggler to misplace, is safe to use and worth its weight in gold. When deciding which size to purchase don’t just think of you and your significant other. Also look at your future. You will use it to prepare food for a growing family, guest and holiday seasons. Rather than a 4qt look at 6 or 8 qt.
