The handbar is sturdy and comes with a phone holder, it comes with additional green bungees to adjust the tension/bounce, 1 large and 1 medium sized pair of gripping socks, Allen wrenches with handles, bungee pull off tool, and a few extra bungees. The bounce feels great. Not too static and not overly bouncy. This feels like an incredible value since it is so thoughtfully made.
