I bought two because I read the double monitor ones don’t always allow you to get both monitors side by side without a gap. I mounted them on 16” center studs, skipping between them and I have 17” curved Samsung monitors. I think this is an awesome product that is reasonably price. Shipping was quick as well. My only minor gripe is that it doesn’t come with a pole for pole mounting, nor did I see where I could buy one and how much. I planned on wall mounting anyway so nbd, but if you’re going to advertise it as both ways…at the very least there should be a link on the page of this product pointing you to where you can order the poles.. It was designed to be able to attach to most tv's vesa plates, and when mounted, it will automatically adjust its own sound settings by using a smart ai technology that recognizes when it's attached to our Sonos speaker bracket. You don't even need to worry about removing your tv first, just place the Sonos arc tv mount either 4 inches above or below your tv and you're good. Everything you need to quickly install is included in the packaging.

Mounted the arms easily between the TV and another brand wall bracket. All were compatible with many mounting holes. The Sonos Arc has two built in threaded screw holes and Mount It provided screws with a giant scratch free head to slip into their bracket. Their bracket also had bottom support. Fit like a glove. Very secure. The photos show the sound bar some distance from the TV. Too much in my opinion and arms visible but given all the mounting holes I was able to revise my install prior to putting it all back on the wall with the sound bar much closer to TV. I really was unsure of this when I ordered it. I hoped it would work but holding the weight of a slightly heavy laptop and doing so in a stable manner for long periods of time is potentially a big task. I was concerned about the bouncy potential and didn't want to have that be a problem. It works GREAT! Yes, there was a bouncy movement to it when you didn't touch anything but the keys, but I founnd the most comfortable position for me was with my elbows resting on chair arms and my pisiforms (outer palms near the wrist) just touching the keyboard on either side of the touchpad. When I lightly rested my hands there I could type without any appreciable bounce and what tiny bit I got actually aided typing quickly. The middle knuckle is adjustable for the weight of just about any laptop. I have an HP 17" and it doesn't seem to even know it's there as far as weight goes. I live on a boat and I have the arm mounted on a small table next to me next to my lazyboy recliner. No I don't think it would work very well long term with the chair in a reclined position but for a short time it would be much better than a computer on your belly or chest. When I put it together and tested it the first time the cords were an issue. Once I ran the cords through the cord holder I never even thought about them again. I liked it so much I got one for my wife and she loves it. To get up we just push it out awaqy from us and can get up with no interference from the computer. Once you get the position just right it stays at that angle perfectly and other than swinging it out and back I find I do no other adjustments. It took me a couple days of fooling with minor adjustments until I got it just right. When the boat rocks it doesn't move either, unless I want it to.
