Three things to be aware of: (1) Many of the pre-drilled holes weren't drilled all the way through, so we had to drill them ourselves; (2) You need your own specialized tools (like a drill with a certain-sized square drill bit & two different size sockets); and (3) At least for us, the box arrived extremely damaged, with holes in the box. It has two pockets on either side, which I love for keeping some of his bedtime story books in. The color is a perfect light colorneutral that will go with anything. I was initially worried I might not like having something so light in case of stains. That has not been a problem at all. Stains have come out easily with a little warm water and stain remover. I also love the style and that it isnt an obnoxiously bulkylazy-boy style chair. I picked this rocker for our baby’s nursery because it looked comfortable and functional but also cute.
