The cabinet is very sturdy and exactly what I needed. Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. The illustrations were especially helpful and made the process quick and efficient. My only complaint is the stickers provided to cover the screw holes on the sides of the cabinet. By the second day, several of them were already curling and peeling off. A small felt or plastic insert designed to fit into the holes might have been a more durable and attractive solution. We removed a stack washer/dryer from a space in our 1/2 bath. This cabinet fit perfect. Assembly was fairly easy, I did it myself, had to take a closer look at some instruction and thought “I hope I’m right”. All said and done I finished in a couple hours. Looks great and very solid construction. Would definitely purchase again. Description says real wood and it is real wood not particle or press board. Pine with a baked on finish which looks fantastic. Assembly is simple and the directions are straightforward. Everything aligned perfectly and it took about 45 min to assemble both boxes. This cabinet is constructed of solid oak, hardwood, and oak veneers, with a clear chemical-resistant UV finish. The right-hinged doors have a lock that locks both right and left-hinged doors with a three-point locking system. The unit has two fixed shelves and four adjustable shelves. Shelves are 1"thick, and the weight capacity for each shelf is 40 lbs. per sq. ft.

While the design is classic for these cabinets, the multiple that were ordered for an education wing were all slightly off in alignment. The doors needed to be fixed and some of the backings need to be secured back on. Wayfair replaced 2 damaged in transit without any hassle. Love this cabinet. The quality is really good for what it is, and no cardboard for the back. It's hard board with the same white finish as the cabinet. Plenty of parts and even a screwdriver included. I'm an active woman, 75, used to putting things together, and managed it by myself. Just took my time and thought through every step for the best outcome. Everything fit together perfectly, no misplaced holes, etc. I agree with another reviewer that the wheel on the door can be a bit balky, but it's fine and helps keep things balanced. Looks great! It was easy to assemble but hard to do the screws. The paint is a bit easy to mess up if your screwsscrewdriver slips in those tight areas Also, the doors are very slightly misaligned so they don’t close perfectly. I suspect that it can be fixed by raisinglowering the leveling thingies at the bottom but one had to flip the whole thing after it’s all done to do that and that didn’t seem like worth the effort.
