I love this couch! It's really a statement piece in our efficiency apartment that we rent out for short-term stays. ("The Canyon") The fabric makes it look posh/interesting. It's comfortable, but not cushiony. It seems like it's going to keep its shape over time better than other, more billowy, couches. I sprayed it with upholstery protector when it was brand new and it did well. No change in color or texture. Delivery was smooth and easy. I really appreciated having it set up for us, even though it's a pretty simple assembly. I paid over $900, which I think might be a little overpriced for the quality. After waiting all day for my piece to arrive, 3 movers got the huge box up to my apartment (I was moving furniture for them to get this box through the entrance to the living room) and after knocking into things, they put the HUGE box down & started to walk out. I said, wait, aren’t you suppose to unpack this HUG box & take it away? Answer, “no it’s just a drop off service. the box is your responsibility!” As a single woman living alone I was so upset! After over an hour just trying to open this HUGE box I was finally able to unload. I wish it was made clearer that the unloading would be my responsibility, I spent a lot to get the couch of my dreams but very unsatisfied with the delivery service that was definitely lacking! I absolutely love this couch! The curved, modern design is exactly what I was looking for, and it gives my living room a high-end, contemporary feel. It’s comfortable, stylish, and definitely makes a statement. My only complaint is the back height and the pillows that come with it. The back sits lower than I expected, and the included pillows are too small, which made the couch look less luxurious than it could. To achieve the elevated, elegant look I wanted, I ended up purchasing larger back pillows and replacing the ones that came with it. The difference was night and day. I just wish the manufacturer included larger, fuller pillows from the start because it would make the couch look much more expensive without customers having to spend extra money.
