We were skeptical to buy due to no previous reviews, but I am so glad we purchased! Assembly is a little tough due to the angle of the legs, but after that putting the top on is simple. (I assembled it alone, would definitely be easier with a partner!) The wheels are already attached to the base and the table rolls very easily. It is heavy and sturdy and seems to be a quality piece that will last us years to come! Very pleased with our purchase. For clarification, the base is a square 34" x 34" with the top being 42" x 42" at the widest middle point, and the length between each octagon corner being 30". The diagonal of the table is 51". I really like it! I had my doubts as we were taking it out of the box. I thought it looked too big. And too white. But now surrounded by chairs and the couch, it's perfect. It's really cute and the shabby chic distressed-look is just right. You may get splinters a bit however along the edges. So if you're looking for upscale and formal, this may not work for you. Love this end table. It is solid and well made, out of real wood, and the finishes are really nice. I got hickory/stone and it's gorgeous. The base is gray, with perhaps a green hue if you focus really hard, but I love it and think it's absolutely unique. Husband loves it, too, and said he saw NO green, only gray.
