I love this couch! It's really a statement piece in our efficiency apartment that we rent out for short-term stays. ("The Canyon") The fabric makes it look posh/interesting. It's comfortable, but not cushiony. It seems like it's going to keep its shape over time better than other, more billowy, couches. I sprayed it with upholstery protector when it was brand new and it did well. No change in color or texture. Delivery was smooth and easy. I really appreciated having it set up for us, even though it's a pretty simple assembly. I paid over $900, which I think might be a little overpriced for the quality. Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new!
