Okay guys major update! - they have a number to call incase you have any damaged products. Literally after 2 minutes of speaking with them they sent me immediate replacement for everything!!! Awesome sauce! I was honestly excited to receive this dinnerware set. Unfortunately, the quality control is severely lacking. Right out of the box, multiple plates were covered in obvious surface scuffs and scratches. Worse yet, one of the plates had a deep crack running right down the center.
