I was very impressed with the packaging of this coffee maker. Everything was packed securely, with very little chance of anything breaking during transit. When I opened the box, I was immediately happy with the color. It is a true, neutral grey that fits beautifully with my kitchen decor. The machine itself has a soft, sleek finish that gives it a high-end, modern look. It even reminds me of the popular stand mixers in style, which I really like. Functionally, it performs just as well as it looks. It brews coffee quickly, and the aroma that fills the kitchen while it's brewing is absolutely wonderful. The coffee tastes incredibly smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. Initially, I found that the measurements in the filter resulted in coffee that was a bit too strong for my taste. This is a pretty good coffee machine. I like all the functions. The milk frother works really well. The only issue with it is sometimes it doesn’t always detect the pod or thinks there is a pod in it when there isn’t. Was looking for a coffee maker that has a removable water reservoir. The only issue we have with it is that the water holes in the coffee area get plugged up if we use over a certain amount of coffee.
