Pretty basic starter Pilates set. Has a little bit of everything to get you going no complaints with that. Wish the instruction manual had a little more of a description on what to do for the exercise exercises. But you can figure it out. Looking forward to putting this bosu ball into practice. The inflation spot is on the bottom, in kind of an awkward spot. The directions are not clear on how to install or use the resistance bands, so I’m only guessing that the metal pieces attached to the base are where I attach them. The other resistance band actually has some exercises printed on the band, which helps know what to use it for! It seems fairly heavy duty though, so hopefully it will stand up to some use!. Laura.
