It’s really nice for the price, but smaller than expected. It looks like solid wood, but the dimensions provided were false. The unextended length is 47 in and with extension only 59in. Arrived damaged on one corner and a small dent thru the veneer on the table top. Wayfair said the manufacturer would reach out in two business days but its so heavy I dont want to handle a return. I think Ill put a coat of lacquer on it to keep my kids from scratching it. For the price this is an excellent solid table. Fits great in my small space and two wider chairs still fit side by side on the length. I bought this table thinking I was getting something bigger. The ad says it can seat 8 when fully extended. There is nothing to extend. It may seat 8, but it will be extremely crampeduncomfortable, especially for 8 adults. If you do manage to seat 8 adults, there is no possible way to have anything on the table except regular place-settings, which means all food will have to be dished out in the kitchen. This would make an EXCELLENT kids table, but probably not great for an adults table, if youre looking to have a traditional 8-place-setting meal. Really like this table. I needed something smaller for our kitchen area. This table came well packaged and it’s beautiful. My only disappointment is that the table is very light weight so the kids keep pushing it while sitting at the table. But overall would choose it again.. Morgan. Thu Jul 02 2026
