The mount has been a great addition to our patio. The only minor issue is that the remote isn’t very sensitive when stopping the motion—when you press “OK,” there’s about a 2-second delay before it responds. Other than that, it works exactly as expected. We especially love being able to raise the TV out of sight when we’re not using it, which lets us enjoy the unobstructed view of our lake. This mount is well made and easy to install. Only part I couldn't do myself was lifting a 75 inch TV, but that was the only step that required a buddy. The motor is very quiet.
