I’ve used it to grill, smoke, keep warm and my favorite is the air fry function. It heats up so fast and with a timer gets the job done. The fuel is easy to use and I love it had a water pan for extra juicy meat. The smoker tray is small but perfect for roasts and butts. It preheats so fast and is super simple to use.
