My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. Great Skillet-- It's the size we need when making dinner for the whole family. The 3 quart skillet that came with the set we bought a few weeks back was great, just not big enough for the whole family dinner. Love the glass lid instead of metal.
